BVT to Begin Second Phase of Upgrade  

Beginning Monday, October 16 at midnight through the maintenance window of 5:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 17, BVT will begin the first step in its multi-phase ring upgrade.

Customers in Frankfort, Hanover, Marysville, Washington, and Waterville may experience periods of brief service outages during this time.
