Answer

The contract you signed was designed to waive any equipment installation fees normally charged and in some cases, offers you a monthly discount. Rarely does a contract lock you into a set price – as stated in all BVT contracts. Fortunately because you are in a contract with BVT, you will continue to receive your monthly discount.
