Loaded Baked Potato Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 large bag frozen hash browns
- 1 cup dried minced onion
- 1 qt chicken broth
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup heavey cream
- 1 cup shredded chesse
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions: Break frozen hash browns apart, add first seven ingredients to crock pot. Stir, then cook on high for 3 hours. Add the last three dairy ingredients, cook 1 hour, and serve.

Apple Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 6 cups peeled & sliced apples
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp apple pie spice
- 1 melted stick of butter
- 1¼ cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions: Mix ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours (or until the apples are tender).
