Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup dried minced onion
  • 1 qt chicken broth
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup heavey cream
  • 1 cup shredded chesse
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions: Break frozen hash browns apart, add first seven ingredients to crock pot. Stir, then cook on high for 3 hours. Add the last three dairy ingredients, cook 1 hour, and serve.

Apple Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups peeled & sliced apples
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp apple pie spice
  • 1 melted stick of butter
  • 1¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt

Directions: Mix ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours (or until the apples are tender).
