Cheesy Ham & Corn Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • Velveeta Cheese (as desired)
  • Parsley flakes
  • Garlic salt
  • Salt & pepper

Directions: Boil noodles and ham until noodles are tender, then drain water. Add corn, milk, cheese, and seasonings. Mix thoroughly and allow cheese to melt. Let cool and serve!

Apple Pie Tacos

Ingredients:

  • Flour tortillas
  • 4 T. of unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 can of apples
  • Carmel syrup & whipped cream (for toppings)

Directions: Melt butter, then add tortillas, cinnamon, sugar, and butter to a medium container. Coat each tortilla in cinnamon and sugar, then place on the bottom side of a cupcake tray. Cook for 5-6 minutes at 400 degrees. Warm apple pie filling on low while the tortillas are baking. When the tortillas are done, add pie filling and desired toppings. Let cool and serve!

Cherry Limeade

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of lemon-lime soda
  • 1 bottle of lime juice
  • 1 jar of Maraschino cherries
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions: Mix ingredients in a large pitcher, stir thoroughly, and let sit for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
