Home, Kan. – Tuesday, December 15, 2015 – Blue Valley Tele-Communications (BVTC) announced recently the sale of a subsidiary, Blue Valley Telemarketing (BVTM) to its current management company, Frontier Resources, Inc.   

BVTM was created in the early 90’s as one of the communications company’s first strides in local economic development efforts. Throughout the past couple decades, BVTM has provided hundreds of jobs in Marshall and Washington Counties in Kansas, and in recent years a suburb of Chicago, Ill.

BVTC acknowledges the significant impact BVTM has had on the local economy as well as its contribution to job creation. “We are very proud of [BVTM] and the company it has become. The employee base is full of hard working, talented individuals,” commented Terry Force, BVTC board president. 

"Since the acquisition of Networks Plus, BVTC has been assessing how BVTM would fit with our long range business strategy. In the end, we felt that both BVTM’s employees and clients would best be served by a company with deep roots in the telemarketing industry, and by a company whose sole purpose is telesales. We chose Frontier Resources as the buyer because they have a long existing relationship managing the employees and because they are committed to its continued growth and development,” said Force.
