Home, Kan. – Friday, October 2, 2020 – Blue Valley Technologies released a statement today regarding some changes to their current day-to-day operations. Due to the number of employees currently impacted by COVID-19, the decision was made to close the front lobby, cease all in-home installations and repairs, and suspend on-site computer repair services effective immediately. “Our primary goal is to protect our employees, our Patrons, and ensure we can continue serving our communities to the best of our ability. By taking these necessary precautions, we are hoping to resume normal operations as soon as possible,” said Candace Wright, chief executive officer.
The company will continue to assist customers via telephone, email, messenger, and Facetime when applicable.
Wright said the company will continue making decisions with the best interest of the customers and communities at heart. “We will do our very best to keep you informed as we work through these unprecedented times. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued patronage!”
